Summary
Rachael of the “Revolution Will Not Be Polite: The Issue of Nice Versus Good” used the example of the non-oppressive insults posted on tumblr by “iamateenagefeminist” to elaborate on social justice in linkage to being nice and good. In comparison to oppression, the terms "nice" and "good" shouldn’t be fused; daily acts of immorality and advantage taking are being practiced by nice people on the oppressed. Rachael further explains that oppression is due to the lack of equal rights and privileges of a certain group of people due to their ethnicity. Hence, when the oppressed oppress, it is simply because they are fighting for their equal rights in society, i.e social justice.
