   The Social Perspective:

This text reveals a serious social concern that is the absence of gender justice in Britain that is specifically portrayed here through the manipulation of the young Malala by the people in power in the west and the media to serve their own benefits :"...western politicians and media alike have seized upon a very profitable "alliance" with the young Pakistani schoolgirl"(Grayson 594).It is now clear that by raising awareness this text is of much use to society and is guiding them toward the cruel reality.
This blog was posted on October 9 2013 so it is not an old text but the ideas present say that this is not the first case of extortion and has happened before to "one Rigoberta Menchu", Grayson indicates that "like Malala she was thrust into the limelight, pressurised by others".
Looking at current times we can still see that this manipulation of the weak by the powerful is a continuing issue, these men will seek each window that helps them grow economically or socially without hesitation or caring about the people in need.

 The Emotional Perspective:

The first emotional feeling we get from Grayson is her embarrassment of the acts of her superiors in the UK :"...(and it shames me to say this being British)..."(593). Then throughout the blog she expresses her dislike of such conduct :"This does not help the cause of any woman while one is exploited and others are being suppressed!"(598); she even denounces one politician by name (Gordon Brown) and openly express her anger with the use of adjectives like : "misogynist, unlawfully".
Only a small conflict of emotions is present here and it lies in the fact that the author "supports and respects" Malala but is strongly opposed to how she is specially treated looking at how many others also need this kind of help but are ignored :"Malala has been surrounded by care...That does not happen for most women. Many go unheard..." (Grayson 597).
Overall we can identify a sarcastic tone that is engraved is the use of specific words and how the phrase is constructed:"but there is only special treatment for some ; profitable alliance; ...which just happen to be high on the agenda of Gordon Brown; brand Malala..."

                 The Rhetorical Perspective:

We are in presence of an argumentative blog that is written in an impersonal way since Grayson uses alot of illustration and examples like BBC documentaries and Fox news reports, she also contrasts the  huge care given to Malala and media coverage with the big indifference shown to plenty of other similiar cases.
Carol Anne uses clear language and bypasses difficult words or sentences, she prefers to go directly to the point so that her message is comprehensible to all.We can also mention that she goes for long sentences and doesn't apply many metaphors.
This brings us to say that this blog isn't ambiguous at all she majorly uses diction and denotes words, her connotations are not deep they can easily be understood alongside she employs only words with notable relevance to the text and so to her ideas.

The Logical Perspective:

The issue debated here is how the politicians and media react to stories. Grayson wants to know why  some get coverage and others ignored and "what makes one person more deserving than another?"(595). Her conclusion is that foreign stories are being taken care of to deflect attention to the situation at "'home" and that the government and media only gets involved in situations that will profit them later:"...her father Ziauddin owns for profit schools which just happen to be high on the agenda of Gordon Brown ...; Wavering a fee will no doubt be compensated by the value of the publicity she will bring" (596).  We should state that the text doesn't have a counter-argument because to Grayson this is not a matter of debate, the wrongdoing should stop immediately, "the plight of widows" for example should be addressed and the attention should be turned on things that will avail society.

The Ethical Perspective:

The highest good envisioned by the text is Duty, as in it is the Duty of the people in power to take care of their citizens they were not elected to help them further their bank balance and it is the Duty of the media to concentrate attention on things that are appropriate and not only on stories that catch the eye of the consumer so they gain publicity.
To Grayson this way of acting is surely wrong , and also hopes that society will no longer accept this and it is it's job to demand just response by the government to the problems of his people.
